Carl's Jr: NOW SELLINGS BURGERS & BOOBS

Clearly sex sells.. and today sex sells everything including burgers!

Whoever thought burgers and bikinis were part of two different worlds, think again. Carl's Jr. advertising campaign has come to the conclusion that placing hot women in scantily clad bikinis while eating a burger sells. Here are three of their commercials that feature hotties Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, and the newest one from reality star Audrina Pattinridge.

What is the point of these commercials and why do they even exist?! What is the world coming to?!

  1. I think this advertisement is extremely offensive especially towards women. I don't understand why Carls Jr. feels the need to show these women hyper sexualized eating a hamburger. I think they are doing it just to make their hamburgers look good, when really they are not!!! As a women I am strongly against this kind of advertising and publicity and I want to know when the day will come when women are no longer seen in this negative light.

  2. I find these ads to be absolutely ridiculous and degrading to women. When did it ever become normal to have a beautiful woman in a bikini eating fast food as a advertisement? These ads are doing a lot more than just selling a burger, the ads are selling sex. People don't realize these skinny celebrities don't even eat these fast food products otherwise they wouldn't look how they do in that bikini.

  3. What bothers me most about these ads are they are absolutely degrading to women. It is sad to think that we have to go to the extent of having women sexually shown eating burgers to get a point across to buy these burgers. This is just not right and definately not normal. What is our world coming to? Being a women myself, i find these ads very sad, discusting, and distasteful.

  4. It is really sad how women are viewed as an object to produce more sales. I also find it very interesting how all these women pretty much became famous from reality television. Are they trying to promote their shows as well through sex? More respected women would not think about being subjected to this sort of media. When I view these pictures I also see a lot of plastic surgery being promoted as well which portrays negative body issues to millions of viewers.

  5. This all seems crazy to me...how did these bimbo reality tv stars become advertising tools for various fast food companies, even when it is TOTALLY OBVIOUS that none of these stick-thin women eat at these establishments. It just goes to show how dumb society is and how so many easily buy in to these advertising 'tricks'.

  6. These fast food chains are genius!!!! They boost their sales by employing these women- who are stoked to get these kind of advertising jobs especially for big fast food chains in which tons of viewers will see these commercials. The women obviously don't have a problem with showing some skin for $$$ so who are we to judge them. I think i can speak for all men when I saw, well done..now I'm hungry for some carl's jr- so I guess they did their job.

  7. I'm from new york, and seeing these commercials makes me sick!...it's funny how all these girls are from Los Angeles- where everything is faker and sex is hyped up. I'm just glad i'm here on the east coast where the girls are classier.

  8. Being from Israel, I find these commercials to be APPALLING and absolutely immoral. I don't understand how Western culture so easily accepts exploiting women's sexuality? here in Isreal, women are cherished and the body is sacred. I think these commercials are horrible and represent America's lack of ethics.
